One of the great things about Oasis was the number of bonus tracks that came with their singles. The best bonus track to never appear on an album has to be “Acquiesce,” which was originally tacked on to the CD single for “Some Might Say” in 1995.
It was eventually released as a single in 1998 when it was included on an Oasis compilation called Stop the Clocks. One version of this release was a four-track promo EP that was sent to journalists and radio stations. That’s what we’ve got here. And if you’re wondering, it trades in the neighbourhood of fifty dollars these days.
