Would I sleep naked?? I don’t think so. Ever think of fires, sleep walking, SPIDERS, heart attacks, pets, mom walk-ins?! Apparently sleeping is really good for you though. Here are some (scientifically-supported) reasons why you should sleep in the nude today:
1. You’ll sleep much better.
According to The American Academy of Sleep Medicine, to get good, deep sleep, your body temperature should be low. When you wear pajamas, your body struggles to achieve that natural drop in temperature, and therefore your sleep isn’t as good in quality.
2. You’ll get more airflow down there, which is important for the gals.
It prevents infection and other health complications.
3. You’ll feel more sexy and more confident.
4. It can reduce your waistline and lower your cholesterol.

5. You’ll have a more active sex life
According to Dr. Landa: Sleeping naked encourages sex and sexier relationships are happier relationships.
6. You won’t have to shower as often.
Wearing pajamas raises your body temperature, and when that happens you sweat and your hair gets greasy. Getting naked will keep the temperature low and therefore you won’t sweat, which means no need to wake up 30 minutes early to shower in the morning!
7. It takes up less time and work.
You won’t need to pick out and wash pyjamas, put them on…it adds up!
