Bri Botsford is an Ironman Triathlete, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor that has always had a passion for health and wellness. Currently studying Naturopathic Medical programme at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine she is accepting new patients! With extensive experience as a Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor and strong undergraduate background in Kinesiology and Life Sciences from Queen’s University, Bri helps a variety of patients with specific, individualized concerns, in their journey to achieve their health goals.
