It is a descriptive term for the body of a man who is not overweight but likes to party. It doesn’t mean your fat but simply means you don’t want to be a fitness obsessed juice head. The man who doesn’t let the pressures of having chiselled abs stop him from enjoying a few wobbly pops and some wings. So put down the light beer and kale you’re pretending to enjoy because dad bods are what the ladies really want.
