There are no-brainer things like junk food and lack of exercise that cause a person to gain weight, but what about things you’re not aware of? A new study has linked noise pollution to putting on weight in your midsection. The constant sound of cars, trains and planes can add to a person’s stress levels which can cause the body to produce more fat in the midsection. It’s not the wings, beer, lounging on the couch or the video games. Nope, it’s the noise.
