For everyone who drives a vehicle, there is that moment of a moral dilemma when an animal jumps in front of your vehicle and you have to decide either to squish it or risk trying to avoid it. A B.C man took the moral high ground and braked to let a tiny squirrel cross the road but consequently cause a four car pile up. The man may now be facing fault for the accident… but is it really his fault? What about everyone following too close? Aren’t you suppose to drive with enough space to stop safely?
