With the state of today’s society, it’s quite understandable that so many people suffer from anxiety. The different forms of anxiety all have similar effects on the sufferer. Things like finances, work, mortgage and debt can make you feel insane. Part of the keys to changing how you think is to live in the moment and train your brain to think positively about situations.
