It’s been a bit of a rough go for food festivals in Toronto thus far with Ribfest being postponed and the entire Mac and Cheese Festival debacle. But fear not, as Toronto Wing Festival makes its return September 12-13. The festival takes pubs and restaurants from all over Toronto and pits them against each other to battle it out for chicken wing bragging rights.
This is the 4th year the festival has taken place and last year over 5000 pounds of wings were prepared over two days. The director of the festival assures this event is a well-oiled machine, unlike the past festivals this summer, and will feature live entertainment.
