Lana Del Rey has released a second song off her upcoming 4th album Honeymoon, set to be out in September.
‘High By The Beach’ is a summer song about making a sweet escape from life’s pains to the ocean. The sound is synth-based, with a light dancing beat at the chorus.
Lana on the song: “It started with the chorus. I was driving by the beach a lot. This was probably one of the last ones on the record…Even with the harmonies, it almost sounded monotone. But with the beat, it has this trap influence.”
