There are many craft beers made in this beautiful city. We had the guys from Yukon Blonde taste some of the best. Check out the list below to see what they tried.
Mill Street Brewery
Style: Stout – Irish Dry
4.2% ABV / 87 IBU
The Mill Street Brewery has an earth-friendly philosophy when brewing their beer. Their Cobblestone Stout is a traditional style Irish stout that uses nitrogen to create a nice, creamy pour. Roasted malt flavor and a hint of toasted walnuts make the beer unique and flavourful.
Junction Craft Brewing
Style: Pale Ale – American
5.3% ABV / 32 IBU
Junction Craft Brewing only uses natural ingredients when making their beer. Their signature beer, Conductor’s Craft Ale, is made using a hybrid of British, German and American brewing techniques. Five different hops and a caramel base delivers a great tasting beer.
Left Field Brewery
Style: Brown Ale – American
5.5% ABV / 35 IBU
Named after the seldom thrown baseball pitch Eephus, this beer catches the drinker off guard. Featuring the taste of roasted malts, toasted nuts and a touch of bitterness, this American Brown ale offers a creamy and smooth taste.
