We’ve seen a few people in the office do this and it looks so fun!
Using a fitness ball instead of your office chair helps you activate your core muscles and improve your posture. PLUS it makes whatever you’re doing at work so much more fun because you get to bounce around the office!
#3 Turn Off The A/C And Cook
You’ll sweat out so many calories! And you’re moving around cooking and just basking in the sweet smells of whatever you’re making. Beautiful times.
#2 Carry People Up The Stairs
Carry your girl/boyfriend or spouse or friend or grandmother up the stairs!
This is a nice gesture and obviously physically exhausting. Carry a person up the stairs at least once day! It’s great for your health and um, relationships.
#1 Carless Grocery Shopping
Go grocery shopping without a car! Walk everywhere. You know what? Don’t even use a cart or anything. Like just hold everything in your arms and make a couple trips.. Do so exercises in the aisles. Super impressive.
