Didn’t get your hands on Tragically Hip tickets for their upcoming final tour? You may still be in luck, but you’ll need a horseshoe. Additional tickets are being sold for each stop of the band’s Man Machine Poem trek and will be sold through a lottery system.
The band confirmed the extra seats on Facebook, and said that they’ll be running one ticket lottery for each show of the tour. Fifty winners will be selected for each concert, with each of those entrants being able to grab themselves a pair of tickets.
The deadline to enter the lottery is 11 a.m. local time the day of each show. You can find out more info over here.
The Tragically Hip announced their final tour back in May, coinciding with the announcement of Gord Downie’s terminal brain cancer. The final tour starts tonight in British Columbia, and will end on August 21st in Kingston, the band’s hometown.
