Saying that Twenty One Pilots love their fans would be the biggest understatement of all time. These guys give it their all at every show, and their set at the Reading And Leads Festival was no exception.
The crowd, however… Well… Just watch.
Frontman Tyler Joseph had his shirt torn apart while crowd surfing during their set at Reading And Leads Festival.
Near the end of “Car Radio,” Tyler dove into the crowd to surf his way over to a platform in the pit area. It wasn’t a smooth ride (not that crowd surfing usually is).
“We gotta be done. Josh that’s it. We gotta be done,” Tyler said once he got up on the platform.
No one knows if they ended their show when they were scheduled to or if they just called it quits after that fiasco, but judging by the look on his face I feel he’d had enough.
Fans gave their support on Twitter.
This should serve as an important reminder to treat your fellow concert goers AND the bands with respect.
Peace and love, homie.
