It’s Labour Day Weekend, which means there is ton of things to do in the city. From FanExpo, to the CNE, to just heading to the beach, there are plenty of ways to celebrate the ending of summer with a bang.
If those don’t fit your ideal weekend, well then there are some examples of places to avoid this weekend. One thing that will be hard to avoid, if you live near the waterfront, is the Canadian International Air Show, taking place near The Ex grounds. While some people are big fans of the event, they seem to be keeping pretty quiet about it, because those who are against the Air Show are voicing their opinions as loud as a jumbo-jet.
Someone even went as far as to edit the Wikipedia page for the Air Show. Although it has been changed back to a more neutral theme now, the troll-er was quick to highlight a few of the more frustrating bits of the Air Show.
Love it or hate it, the Air Show will be taking place tomorrow and Monday from 1pm-4:30pm at the Ex grounds, and can also be viewed along the waterfront.
