Oh. You’re not? Well same, honestly. Personally I don’t know anybody clocking in 10,000 steps a day.
So that’s why this will shock you just a bit!
According to researchers at the University of Warwick people should be taking 15,000 a day. AT LEAST!
Yeah that’s right. Step your game up, people.
The research was drawn from looking at the activity of mail couriers.
Those who walked doing deliveries took roughly 15,000 steps a day! Healthy!
Those who worked inside more often were NOT as healthy. Likely due to their lack of steps.
