Serj Tankian joined a live orchestra as they performed music from the amazing HBO show, Game of Thrones.
The orchestra was performing at the Forum in California, when the System of a Down-front man surprised the audience by joining them onstage to perform “The Rains of Castamere”; a song that is usually played when some serious sh*t is about to go down/has gone down.
While it was originally sung by The National‘s Matt Berninger, Serj does an equally-foreboding version of the song.
System of a Down announced that they will be releasing a sixth studio album, the first in almost 13 years, either this year or next. The anticipation is almost too much, SOAD, give the people what they want!
