Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay, paid tribute to Chester Bennington of Linkin Park at a show in New Jersey on Tuesday.

Chester Bennington died by suicide on July 20th, and many artists have been paying tribute to the late-great frontman of one of the biggest bands of the nu metal-era, if not the 2000s. His loss was a shock to the music community at large, but with tributes like Martin’s, his music will live on.
