A night at the Canadian National Exhibition marks the close of another summer with not enough sun and too much rain. Kids are getting ready to go back to school, Moms are pulling guns over notebooks, and we’re trying to distract ourselves from life by over paying for breaded hot dogs and stuffed animals.
One of the best parts of the C.N.E is the Bandshell performances. If you need a break from almost kicking unattended toddlers in the face as you try to cut around the family with two strollers that just decided to stop in the middle of the walkway, you can get out of the crowded mid-way and into the concert crowd.
After catching a kick-ass Canadian music act like A Tribe Called Red, it’s time for the bright lights of questionable moving structures.
This sign is always a lie.
The 2017 Canadian National Exhibition may be over but it’s only a year until we get the new “Cro-nut”.
Just make sure you don’t eat it before doing the “Mega Drop” like this guy…
