Bill Harris is a TV critic for the Toronto Sun, in today's issue he posted his top 10 Dramas and Comedies from the past decade.
I think he's completely out to lunch... Am I alone on this?

This is pretty unbelievable... But, this guy does it. He makes mosaic style portraits from used roach papers. His name is Cliff Maynard and he's a tattoo artist from Pittsburgh.
He says it takes about 200 hours to finish 1 piece (who knows how many hours of smoking), which is why they retail for $2,000 - $3,000
