Are Guided Sex Sessions the New Yoga...?

Having bad sexual chemistry with the person you’re seeing/dating/engaged/married to can have detrimental effects on your relationship. You can try to ignore it, you can even fake it, but at the end of the day - no matter how much you love each other outside of the bedroom- if you’re not ending your days making each other’s toes curl, it’s going to fizzle out.
So what are your options?
There’s the old “practice makes perfect” technique which isn’t actually as great as it sounds. Sure, having a lot of sex with someone you find attractive/actually like/are in love with sounds like a fantastic idea…but is it actually when the sex is bad? (WYR: have good sex twice a week or bad sex every day? Answer in the comments!)

Get Dumped, Then Get Over It

Relationships can be great while you’re all cozy and in love and totally obsessed with one another, but unless you both agree to spend forever together, eventually you’re going to have to deal with the inevitable breakup.
If you’re the one doing the breaking up, you’re the lucky one. Don’t try to argue that you’re also the victim because it’s hard to get the guts to break off an attachment, and that you never wanted to hurt the one you loved, no one feels sorry for you. At the end of the day the one who’s getting dumped is the one who is going to have the hardest time with the breakup.
You see, once you’re finished your whole “I feel like we’re at different places in our lives” speech, you feel relieved. Sure, you’ll hurt a little bit but at least in your mind you know you’re better off ...
