So, I’ve always wondered how much I’d be worth in an auction.  Have you?  Seriously, we’ve all heard of bachelor/bachelorette auctions for charity, haven’t we?  You know, the types of charitable causes that sell off dudes and babes to bidding altruistic humans, adoring fans, and maybe even stalkers!

Well, as it turns out the kind folks at Women of Baycrest are hosting “Babes for Baycrest at Ultra”; A Bachelor/ette Charity Auction to benefit Women’s Brain Health on November 10… and they actually asked me to be involved in this wonderful cause.  I instantly agreed to take part.  Why?  Well because of two reasons: 1) Duh, I all ready told you I always wanted to be in a bachelor auction and 2) I felt like this was a fantastic opportunity to give back to Baycrest Hospital, as my Buby (Grandmother) spend her final few years there as she eventually died of old age while suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.

Yah, you saw that correctly!  You can bid on the likes of Argo Cheerleaders, Zark Fatah – a really awesome club owner/promoter/and man of influence, Toronto Raptor, Rasho Nesterovic, a former Playmate, and Toronto Maple Leaf G.M. Brian Burke.  WOW!  Are you kidding me?  With a line up like that I’ll be lucky to get 10 bucks my way as I’m sure most bidders will save their money for the true talent!!

Although, (and I’m sure if I’m allowed to disclose this info?) my date consists of a dinner at Harbour 60 steakhouse, a meet and greet/concert with an amazing Canadian band at the ACC.  So notwithstanding me, come down and make an offer just on the experience alone… and to stop my mom from dropping a few hundred dollars to save her son from embarrassment!

Well, hopefully I’ll see you at the Ultra Supper Club on November 10th where you’ll help support this extraordinary cause.  The night will be a blast! Seriously, it’ll be so much fun and you’ll be a philanthropist!  Won’t it be nice to help out, give back, be unselfish… and maybe get lucky!
