The OPP have laid charges against a 52 year old driver, following a rollover on the 403 earlier this week.
On Monday afternoon, a transport truck was exiting the southwest 403 to Dundas St. in Oakville, when it toppled over, crushing a car underneath.
The female occupant of the vehicle was eventually removed and airlifted to a nearby hospital with only minor injuries.
The driver of the truck, a Mississauga man, has been charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
