A 50 year-old Ajax man faces 11 charges in a fraud investigation.
The probe started back in June, involving two investment companies.
360 Degree Financial Services Inc. and Multiple Streams of Income Inc.
Police say between October 2007 and February 2010 the accused convinced victims to invest in his company.
It's alleged that Wilton Neale racked up over 1.29 million dollars from them during that time.
He's scheduled to appear in court on May.8th.
