The OPP say speed was a factor in a serious, now fatal crash on the 407 early Monday morning.
Sgt. Dave Woodford says the car was traveling over 120 kilometers per hour on the ramp.
The man who was rushed to hospital, died of his injuries this morning at Sunnybrook.
Both ramps from the 400 to the Westbound 407 were shut down for hours.
