Toronto Police are investigating the discovery of a body near an East York home.
Officers were called around 2:40 Friday afternoon, to a home on Taylor Drive, in the Coxwell & O'Connor area, where a body was lying on the ground.
Police say the victim is a 55 year old man, who suffered obvious signs of trauma.
No word on any suspects at this time.
The homicide squad has been called to assist, as it is being deemed suspicious.
An autopsy is scheduled for today.
