The CBC is looking for some new tenants to fill some empty space in their downtown headquarters.
The building has about 1.5 million square feet of leaseable space and commercial real estate brokers in the city estimate the space in the building could be leased for about $12 million a year.
With the recent budgets cuts to the CBC they've applied to the city to rezone the building to allow for commercial tennants after failing to find tenants in the public sector.
