All lanes of the 400 have now been reopened following a single vehicle collision near Hwy 89.
Around 1:00, a dump truck blew a tire, leading it to veer out of the northbound lanes, and pass into the southbound lanes.
OPP crews were forced to shutdown all lanes for more than an hour to deal with the cleanup.
