The SIU is clearing police in a deadly incident last month.
On April 18th, a 30-year-old woman fell from her east end apartment balcony to her death when cops busted down her apartment door.
The watchdog says police were responding to reports of a heated argument inside the unit, and believed the woman was in immediate danger if they did not enter the apartment.
