Environment Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Environment have issued a smog advisory for the City of Toronto.
Officials say the warm weather mixed with elevated pollution means the air quality index is exceeding the poor threshold of 50.
Residents are being cautioned to take public transit to help with the matter.
