The provinces Special Investigations Unit has been called out following a shooting incident in Oshawa.
Around 1:00 Wednesday afternoon, police observed a vehicle driving erratically in the Park Road & 401 area.
It was then determined that the vehicle was stolen, with a chase following shortly afterwards.
At some point before the suspect car was boxed in by cruisers, a gun was pulled, and shots were allegedly fired, with the suspect hit in the arm.
