The bus depot at Scarborough Town Centre has been closed off for a shooting investigation after police were called to the scene at 3:46 p.m.
Police say two men got into an argument on board a packed TTC bus.
Police say the men got off the bus and one male pulled out a gun and several shots were fired.
Both men fled the scene.
No injuries to passengers aboard the bus have been reported.
