A handful of schools in the city's east-end are no longer on hold-and-secure alert, as police were in pursuit of a man armed with a gun in the Kingston Road area.
Police are looking for 18-year-old, Nicholas Dillion- Jack, who is wanted for aggravated assualt after the stabbing of another male on May 23 in the Kensington Market area.
Fifteen schools were on alert since 2 p.m.
Police announced on Thursday morning the manhunt was over. The suspect was arrested at a hotel in the Warden and 401 area.
