The union representing 80 TransHelp employees in Peel have given notice their workers are on strike.
Cupe Local 966 said talks broke down early this morning and they'll join 282 Peel public works employees who have been on strike since June 4 and 500 human services workers that have been on strike since May 3.
Blue and White Taxi will take over for TransHelp. They have a small fleet of wheelchair-accessible cabs but they say to prepare for long delays.
