Toronto Police are now investigating after shots were fired just after 3:30pm Monday near College and Ossington.

It happened at Sicilian Ice Cream Shop, killing 35-year-old John Raposo. The second victim was treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect is described as male, white, 6' tall, with blonde hair, and was wearing a white hard hat, a safety vest with a fluorescent green "X" on the front and back, and a white filter mask.

Area residents are being asked to check their properties for any evidence that may have been discarded by the suspect.
