The Supreme Court Of Canada Will Hear Arguments Regarding Last Year's Federal Vote
The Supreme Court of Canada will interrupt its summer break today to hear arguments about the election of Toronto MP Ted Opitz in last year's federal vote.
The Conservative MP won the seat by 26 votes but the result was overturned following a complaint from a Liberal candidate regarding clerical errors made at the polls.
Opitz is appealing that decision.
