Thanks to a CRTC ruling TV packages in Canada should drop in price. The commission has ruled in favour of a proposal from Bell and Telus that will allow customers to pay more for what they want and less for what they don’t.

The CRTC has not provided the specifics of the deal but a rep for the commission says, “Individual channels may go up in price, but overall bills should go down because of cheaper selective channels.”
