Toronto Police say the victim of a shooting on Driftwood last month, has died from their injuries.
Officers were called to the scene after gunshots were reported, where a man was found suffering a wound to the head.
The victim, 30 year old Donald Levy, died as a result of that wound on Wednesday, marking the city's 32nd homicide of the year.
Police believe the incident was targetted, and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
