York Regional Police have now laid charges in a fatal stabbing incident.
Officers responded to an address near Hwy 27 & Hwy 7 on July 22 for a disturbance call.
22 year old Toronto resident Evan Gorgees was found suffering from numerous stab wounds, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Wednesday, police arrested and charged 48 year old Azize Sepan of Vaughan with second degree murder.
Police are still asking anyone who was in the vicinity of the Al-Finjan night club to contact them.
