A number of North York townhouse residents are lucky to be alive after an early morning blaze.
Fire crews say the fire started in one of the units, quickly spreading to neighbouring homes in the complex near Finch and Don Mills.
Everyone managed to escape injury. No word on the extent of the damage or what started the blaze.
