Mayor Rob Ford has announced he's appointed a new Chief of Staff.
Mark Towhey begins the job on August 20th.
Towhey is no stranger to Ford. He is his former Director of Policy and Strategic Planning, a position he's held since December 1, 2010.
Towhey replaces Amir Remtulla, who left city hall in July to take a job with the 2015 Pan Am and Parapan American Games.
