A court appearance today, for the man accused in the Eaton Centre shooting.
23 year old Christopher Husbands faced a judge via video link today, with a new lawyer defending him.
Dirk Derstine, the man who represented Michael Rafferty, has reportedly been assigned to the case.
Husbands has been charged with two counts of first degree murder, five of attempted murder, along with criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
His next court appearance comes in early October.
