Australian singer/songwriter Gotye has unveiled the details of his biggest tour of North America yet, as his smash hit "Somebody That I Used To Know" continues to dominate Modern Rock and pop radio. The trek will kick off on August 22nd at the famed Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado, finishing two months later on October 13th with a performance at the Austin City Limitsfestival in Austin, Texas. Gotye will also headline other iconic venues such as the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles and Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

Tickets go on sale to the public on June 8th. Fans who have "liked" Gotye on Facebook or signed up for his mailing list by midnight ET on June 4th will get advance access to purchase tickets for all shows.

Meanwhile, Gotye's second album, 2006's Like Drawing Blood, will be released for the first time on CD and vinyl in North America in July. The disc was Gotye's breakthrough in his native country, where it went platinum, and achieved success in the U.K. as well, where it was named iTunes "Album of the Year" for 2007.

Like Drawing Blood yielded the single "Hearts A Mess," for which the video became a cult classic.

This month, Gotye will issue ten remixes of "Somebody That I Used To Know" as a digital collection via iTunes on June 8th. The original song is found on his most recent album, Making Mirrors.
