Congratulations!! Your prizes can be picked up at our Street Level Studio, which is located at 228 Yonge Street. Here are the hours of operation.
Monday to Friday: 8am - 10pm
closed for lunch from 11:30am to 12:00pm,
and for dinner from 7:30pm to 8:00pm (No prize pick-ups)
Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Closed for lunch from 1:30pm to 2:00pm
and for dinner from 6:00pm to 6:30pm (No prize pick-ups)
Sunday: 12pm - 6pm
Closed for lunch from 2:30pm to 3:00pm (No prize pick-ups)

What should I bring?
Any form of government issued photo id.
Can My Friend/Lover/Mother/Brother Pick Up My Prize?
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as they have a photocopy of your ID, and a note from you allowing them to collect your prize. Call promotions to set up the pick up before you send someone at (416) 646-8670. Some conditions may apply, ie: for grand prizes, trips or other large item giveaways you the winner may need to be present in order to pick it up.
When Can I Win Again?
Anytime…we’re all friends here so if you’ve got a horseshoe up your butt and happen to get through on the regular, more power to you.
How Much Time Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?
We’ll hold on to your prize for 60 days after the day you win or the date we call you to let you that the prize is in. If you can’t make it in within the 2 month time frame, please notify promotions and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for a wee bit longer. You will be notified about grand prize deadlines by our promo team. If it’s concert tickets, no worries, we’ll hold on to them until the date of the show. Just get down here…you won something great so pick it up why don’t cha!
Can You Mail My Prize To Me?
Unfortunately we cannot mail your prize out to you; we don’t want to be responsible for any prizing which may get lost in the mail. It’s a rare occurrence but we’ve got to watch our backs and most importantly we want to make sure you get your stuff!
Prizes cannot be exchanged, so don’t ask.
Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
